Manejo de la Nutrición en la Producción de Jitomate Mediante la Técnica de Cultivo en Agregado en el CBTA No. 35

Abstract

The place where the social service was carried out was at the Agricultural Technological Baccalaureate Center No. 35, which has 1,500 m2 dedicated to protected agriculture. Where maintenance was carried out on facilities in the productive areas (structures, plastic covers, irrigation system, containers and support systems) according to the damage they presented; seedling production; tutoring and transplantation; preparation and application of mother solutions of macro and micronutrients (using the Steiner solution which was adjusted to different concentrations depending on the phenological stage of the plant, the climatic conditions and the meteorological phenomena of the production area; tying of the tomato raffia to the base of the plants and guidance; elimination of basal leaves, axillary shoots and tomato harvest. Given all the previous management, 11 tons were obtained from July 22 to September 30 of this year and 22 tons are projected, since the 11 were from the middle of the cycle. During the remaining days of July, 1 ton was sold at $12.00 per kg, while in August and September 10 tons were sold at $15.00 per kg, so $161,000.00 was obtained with an investment of $50,000.00 without take into account labor, water and electricity, since it is a government institution.

El lugar donde se llevó a cabo el servicio social fue en el Centro de Bachillerato Tecnológico Agropecuario No. 35, el cual tiene 1,500 m2 destinados a la agricultura protegida. Donde se realizó mantenimiento a instalaciones de las áreas productivas (estructuras, cubiertas plásticas, sistema de riego, contenedores y sistemas de sostén) de acuerdo a los daños que presentaban; producción de plántula; tutoreo y trasplante; elaboración y aplicación de soluciones madre de macro y micronutrientes (ocupando la solución Steiner la cual se ajusto a diferentes concentraciones dependiendo la etapa fenológica de la planta, las condiciones climáticas y los fenómenos meteorológicos de la zona de producción; amarre de la rafia tomatera a la base de las plantas y guiado; eliminación de hojas basales, brotes axilares y cosecha del jitomate. Dado todo el manejo anterior se obtuvieron 11 toneladas a partir del 22 de julio al 30 de septiembre del presente año y se proyectan 22 toneladas, ya que las 11 fueron de la mitad del ciclo. Durante los días que restaban de julio se vendió 1 tonelada a $12.00 el kg, mientras que en agosto y septiembre se vendieron 10 toneladas a $15.00 el kg por lo que se obtuvo $161,000.00 con una inversión de $50,000.00 sin tomar en cuenta la mano de obra, el agua y la luz, ya que es una institución del gobierno.
