Micro diagnóstico de salud 2022 del AGEB 0527 y Bitácora de actividades

Abstract

An update of the 2022 health diagnosis was carried out through the application of diagnostic cells, a total of 50 surveys were carried out in an AGEB assigned by the attached unit, with the information collected, the data was analyzed to identify the sociodemographic conditions of the community of San Luis Tlaxialtemalco of AGEB 0527. The purpose of this study is oriented towards the identification of the main health problems and needs, with the objective of proposing solutions to them through programs and health services, our responsible population involves to the Health Center T-II San Luis Tlaxialtemalco unit of the first level of medical attention, belonging to the Sanitary Jurisdiction Xochimilco. In addition, the units statistics area database allowed us to classify the most common morbidities by age group and identify the most frequent reasons for consultation at the T-II San Luis Tlaxialtemalco health center, each one described with its analysis, graphs and tables for better understanding. Finally, the activities carried out during the year of service are described, each rotation, course or informative talk given to the beneficiaries, are described and represented with photographs in the letter.

Se realizo una actualización del diagnóstico de salud 2022 a traves de la aplicación de celulas diagnosticas, se realizaron un total de 50 encuentas en un AGEB asinado por la unidad adscrita, con la información recopliada, se analizaron los datos para identificar las condiciones sociodemograficas de la comunidad de San Luis Tlaxialtemalco del AGEB 0527. El propósito de este estudio se orienta en la identificación de los principales problemas y necesidades de salud, con el objetivo de proponer soluciones a las mismas a través de programas y servicios de salud, nuestra población responsable involucra al Centro de Salud T-II San Luis Tlaxialtemalco unidad del primer nivel de atencion medica, perteneciente a la Jurisdicción Sanitaria Xochimilco. Ademas de ello, la base de datos del area de estadistica de la unidad, nos permitio clasificar las morbilidades mas comunes por grupo de edad y la identificacion de los motivos de consulla más frecuentes en el centro de salud T-II San Luis Tlaxialtemalco, cada una descritas con su analisis, graficas y tablas para mayor entendiento. Por ultimo se describen las actividades realizadas durante el año de servico, cada rotación, curso o plática informativa impartida a los derechohabientes, estan descritos y representados con fotografias en el escrito.
