Diagnostico de Salud México-España

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio observacional y descriptivo a la población del Centro de Salud T-III México España, realizando encuestas, realizadas en una plataforma para recabar datos y porcentajes totales por medio de graficas. En este diagnóstico de salud se incluye una revisión histórica de la comunidad, se describe el entorno en el que vive la población, identificando las características sociodemográficas que son parte de los determinantes sociales, posteriormente se lleva a cabo un análisis descriptivo para conocer el perfil epidemiológico de la población y se realiza una encuesta con la plataforma Google form a las personas que acuden al centro de salud y están en esperar para el ingreso a algún servicio médico, obteniendo representación graficas de cada resultado, con el objetivo de conocer el entorno de dicha población, índices de mortalidad y morbilidad para la implementación de estrategias y acciones orientadas a mejorar la situación de salud de una población, también se describen los servicios y recursos disponibles para atender los problemas de salud y finamente se presentan las experiencias vividas durante el año de servicio social, así mismo se menciona la descripción de la plaza Centro de Salud México-España, así como las actividades realizadas durante el año de servicio social en forma ordenada y cronológica , obteniendo como resultado , un análisis con dicha información y se presenta un diagnóstico de salud siendo una base fundamental, debido a que describe y analiza los componentes del ambiente físico y social que condicionan una situación colectiva de salud, es un instrumento que suele ser utilizado con fines de Evaluación de Objetivos planteados por las instituciones del Sector Salud, detectando las necesidades de la población a fin de proponer soluciones a las mismas a través de programas y servicios de salud .

An observational and descriptive study was conducted among the population of the T-III Mexico-Spain Health Center. Surveys were conducted on a platform to collect data and total percentages using graphs. This health diagnosis includes a historical review of the community, describes the environment in which the population lives, identifying the sociodemographic characteristics that are part of the social determinants, then a descriptive analysis is carried out to know the epidemiological profile of the population and a survey is conducted with the Google form platform to people who come to the health center and are waiting to enter a medical service, obtaining graphic representations of each result, with the aim of knowing the environment of said population, mortality and morbidity rates for the implementation of strategies and actions aimed at improving the health situation of a population, the services and resources available to address health problems are also described and finally the experiences lived during the year of social service are presented, likewise the description of the Mexico-Spain Health Center square is mentioned, as well as the activities carried out during the year of social service in an orderly and chronological manner, obtaining as a result, an analysis with said information and a health diagnosis is presented being a fundamental basis, because it describes and analyzes the components of the physical and social environment that condition a collective health situation, it is an instrument that is usually used for the purposes of evaluating objectives set by institutions in the health sector, detecting the needs of the population in order to propose solutions to them through health programs and services.
