Relación Entre el Síndrome de Fragilidad en Adultos Mayores con Diabetes Tipo 2 y el Descontrol Glucémico y Diagnóstico de Salud, CST-III Dr. Francisco J. Balmis, AGEB 0500, Iztapalapa, 2024

Abstract

From August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024, I performed my social service at the TIII Dr. Francisco J. Balmis Health Center. The objective of this work is to inform about the said health center, its infrastructure, the services it provides, the population it serves, its morbidity and mortality, as well as the history and geographical characteristics of the municipality and geostatistical area where it is located. . The health diagnosis carried out for AGEB 0500 belonging to the area of ​​responsibility of the health center is summarized. Likewise, a research work carried out with patients belonging to the clinic is included on the relationship between frailty syndrome in older adults with type 2 diabetes and poor glycemic control. Also attached is a log with photos, experience and experiences during the different services and practices in social service. It is expected that the report will contribute with information about the geostatistical area that was studied, the research work will provide valuable information for future related research and that the log can serve as a guide for future generations about the importance and experiences of social service.

Durante el periodo del 01 de agosto del 2023, al 31 de julio del 2024, realicé mi servicio social en el Centro de Salud TIII Dr. Francisco J. Balmis, perteneciente a la secretaría de salud. El presente trabajo tiene el objetivo de informar sobre dicho centro de salud, su infraestructura, los servicios que brinda, la población a la que atiende, su morbilidad y mortalidad, así como la historia y características geográficas del municipio y área geoestadística en donde se encuentra. Se resume el diagnóstico de salud realizado para la AGEB 0500 perteneciente al área de incumbencia del centro de salud. Así mismo se incluye un trabajo de investigación realizado con pacientes pertenecientes a la clínica sobre la relación que existe entre el síndrome de fragilidad en adultos mayores con diabetes tipo 2 y el descontrol glucémico. También se anexa al presente, una bitácora con fotos, experiencia y vivencias durante los diferentes servicios y prácticas en el servicio social. Se espera que el informe contribuya con información acerca del área geoestadística que se estudió, el trabajo de investigación aporte información valiosa para futuras investigaciones relacionadas y además que la bitácora pueda servir de ser guía para generaciones futuras sobre la importancia y las vivencias del servicio social.
