Coadyuvancia en la Dirección de Integración y Análisis de Inteligencia Sanitaria para los Acuerdos Bilaterales de México y otros Países en Aguacate Hass, Limón, Plátano y Calabaza Cabocha

Abstract

This social service project was carried out at the National Service of Health, Safety and Agri-Food Quality (SENASICA), in the General Directorate of Plant Health, particularly in the Directorate of Integration and Analysis of Sanitary Intelligence. The main objective was to assist in the Directorate of Integration and Analysis of Sanitary Intelligence for the bilateral agreements of Mexico and other countries on Hass Avocado, Lemon, Plantain and Cabocha Squash. In this sense and under the Federal Law of Plant Health and the Regulation of the Federal Law of Plant Health in accompaniment with the PTOs, activities were carried out such as: follow-up to notifications of non-compliance with the bilateral agreements of banana, lemon and berries; follow-up in the edition of the bilateral agreement with the USA for the export of avocado; official referral due to the incidence of some pest in the avocado in the orchards of Michoacán and Jalisco; and, in general, monitoring the activities of an Authorized Phytosanitary Officer: consolidation of the list of avocado orchards for export, monthly consolidation of the information on certificates issued by the OFA, data analysis using graphs. These actions contribute to plant protection and are aligned with the objectives of the agronomy degree.

El presente proyecto de servicio social se llevó a cabo en el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad, Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASICA), en la Dirección General Sanidad Vegetal, particularmente en la Dirección de Integración y Análisis de Inteligencia Sanitaria. El objetivo principal fue Coadyuvar en la Dirección de Integración y Análisis de Inteligencia Sanitaria para los acuerdos bilaterales de México y otros países en Aguacate Hass, Limón, Plátano y Calabaza Cabocha. En este sentido y bajo La Ley Federal de Sanidad Vegetal y el Reglamento de La Ley Federal de Sanidad Vegetal en acompañamiento con los PTOs, se realizaron las actividades como, el seguimiento a las notificaciones de incumplimiento de las acuerdos bilaterales de plátano, limón y berries; seguimiento en la edición del acuerdo bilateral con EUA de la exportación de aguacate; remisión de oficio por incidencia de alguna plaga en el aguacate de los huertos de Michoacán y Jalisco; y en general seguimiento en las actividades de un Oficial Fitosanitario Autorizado: consolidación de la lista de huertos para exportación de aguacate, consolidación mensual de la información de los certificados emitidos por el OFA, análisis de datos mediante gráficas. De las cuales acciones contribuyen a la protección vegetal y están alineadas con los objetivos de la carrera de agronomía.
