Diagnóstico de Salud del Centro de Salud TIII Dr. Gastón Melo

Abstract

La finalidad de realizar un diagnóstico de salud del Centro de Salud TIII Dr. Gastón Melo es la de conocer de manera general las necesidades de salud de la población atendida por esta unidad, justifica la inversión de tiempo y recursos en la obtención y análisis de datos para mejorar la salud pública y el bienestar general de la población. Este informe incluye información de varias fuentes como el Instituto Nacional de Geografía y Estadística (INEGI), el Sistema de Información en Salud (SIS), datos obtenidos del departamento de epidemiología de la jurisdicción Milpa Alta y datos de observación directa dentro de la unidad durante el periodo comprendido de la realización del servicio social. La información reunida y el análisis de la misma nos indica una necesidad urgente de fortalecer los programas de prevención y tratamiento de infecciones respiratorias y COVID-19, además de abordar las enfermedades crónicas prevalentes. También es fundamental implementar intervenciones que mejoren el acceso a la educación y reduzcan el analfabetismo, con el fin de empoderar a la comunidad en el cuidado de su salud. La planificación y asignación eficiente de recursos, junto con una mayor colaboración entre los servicios de salud y la comunidad, serán claves para mejorar el bienestar general de la población.

The purpose of conducting a health diagnosis for Centro de Salud TIII Dr. Gastón Melo is to gain a general understanding of the health needs of the population served by this unit, justifying the investment of time and resources in obtaining and analyzing data to improve public health and overall well-being. This report includes information from several sources, such as the National Institute of Geography and Statistics (INEGI), the Health Information System (SIS), data from the Epidemiology Department of the Milpa Alta jurisdiction, and direct observations within the unit during the social service period. The gathered information and its analysis indicate an urgent need to strengthen prevention and treatment programs for respiratory infections and COVID-19, as well as to address prevalent chronic diseases. It is also crucial to implement interventions that improve access to education and reduce illiteracy, in order to empower the community in managing their health. Efficient planning and allocation of resources, along with increased collaboration between health services and the community, will be key to enhancing the overall well-being of the population.
