Importancia de la Certificación de las Personas Físicas y/o Morales que Aplican Plaguicidas de Uso Agrícola con Aeronaves no Tripuladas (Drones)

Abstract

Actualmente existen personas físicas o morales que se dedican a la aplicación aérea de plaguicidas agrícolas mediante aeronaves no tripuladas, por lo que han llegado expedientes a la dependencia correspondiente, en este caso a la Secretaria Nacional de Sanidad, Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria, sin embargo no están considerados este tipo de aeronaves en la NOM-052-FITO-1995, por lo que el objetivo de este informe fue considerar un marco normativo y técnico de acuerdo a las características que cuenta un dron, así como plantear un proceso para la certificación que se dedican a esta actividad. Se realizó una búsqueda exhaustiva de información para establecer criterios en la regulación de aplicación aérea de plaguicidas agrícolas con aeronaves no tripuladas, dicha información se obtuvo de páginas que comercializan aeronaves no tripuladas, así como consideraciones que se obtuvieron en la literatura como el tamaño de gota, factores que se necesitan considerar para aplicación con esta tecnología, zona de amortiguamiento que han establecido otros países y distancias que ha establecido Argentina para la aplicación según su clase toxicológica. Por último, se elaboró un cuadro comparativo donde se analizaron especificaciones de la NOM-052-FITO-1995 tomando en cuenta las dos tipos de aeronaves: las tripuladas y las no tripuladas.

An exhaustive search for information was carried out to establish criteria for the regulation of aerial application of agricultural pesticides with unmanned aircraft. This information was obtained from pages that market unmanned aircraft, as well as considerations that were obtained in the literature such as droplet size. , factors that need to be considered for application with this technology, buffer zone that other countries have established and distances that Argentina has established for the application according to its toxicological class. Finally a comparative table was prepared where specifications of NOM-052-FITO-1995 were analyzed taking into account the two types of aircraft: manned and unmanned.
