La ideología feminista en La invasión, de Ignacio Solares

Abstract

The historic contemporary novel it has been characterized for the distancing of the mimetic representation of the historiografic discourse, and to postulate, instead, determined ideological position. In relation to this last aspect, this essay examines the presence of feminist discourse in the enunciation of the main female character of La invasion, as well the relationship between her statement and the ideas of the French utopian socialist Charles Fourier; the dialogism towards the discourse of the Other, is made more evident when Magdalena returns to Fourier to debate the problems of Women’s liberation.

La novela histórica contemporánea se caracteriza por el distanciamiento de la representación mimética del discurso historiográfico, y por postular, en cambio, determinada postura ideológica. En relación con este último aspecto, este ensayo examina la presencia del discurso feminista en la enunciación del principal personaje femenino de La invasión, así como la intensa relación que existe entre su enunciado y las ideas del socialista utópico francés Charles Fourier; el dialogismo hacia el discurso ajeno se hace más evidente cuando Magdalena retoma a Fourier para defender la liberación de la mujer.
