Abstract

The Metropolitan Autonomous University seeks to work together with science and research, in order to train agricultural engineers with the scientific and technological capacity to develop and apply methodology for diagnosis and evaluation of regional agricultural systems, which in turn generates technical strategies. management of the agricultural production cycle, plant protection, technology transfer, creation and management of agricultural companies that maximize quality in agricultural production. All of this with a comprehensive approach and from a perspective of sustainability of the biological, physical and sociocultural resources of agricultural systems. Therefore, in coordination with the National Agri-Food Health, Safety and Quality Service (SENASICA), it is sought that social service providers are capable of applying the knowledge acquired during their studies to begin to generate professional experience in health issues. health, safety and agri-food quality, reducing the inherent risks in agricultural matters, for the benefit of producers, consumers and users. In the same sense, throughout the six months of the service, I eveloped knowledge in the field of plant health, I was able to reinforce and acquire new skills and breadth of my knowledge. Some of the most relevant activities that reinforced the aforementioned were: learn the legal basis behind any modification, publication of new ones and lowering of phytosanitary requirements that allow the importation of products of plant origin into Mexico; Subsequently, I understood the procedure carried out in the General Directorate of Plant Health (DGSV) and in the Department of International Phytosanitary Protection Organizations (DOIPF), in general terms of following up on all requests for the import of plant merchandise. , I was also able to work on the proposed trades in response to requests from users, National Plant Protection Organizations and response to comments on publications of phytosanitary requirements on the World Trade Organization portal.

La Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, busca trabajar en conjunto con la ciencia y la investigación, a fin de formar ingenieros agrónomos con la capacidad científica y tecnológica para desarrollar y aplicar metodología de diagnóstico y evaluación de sistemas agrícolas regionales, lo que a su vez genera estrategias técnicas de manejo del ciclo productivo agrícola, de protección vegetal, de transferencia tecnológica, creación y gestión de empresas agrícolas que maximicen la calidad en la producción agrícola. Todo ello con un enfoque integral y en una perspectiva de sustentabilidad de los recursos biológicos, físicos y socioculturales de los sistemas agrícolas. Por lo que, en coordinación con el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad, Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASICA), se busca que los prestadores de servicio social, sean capaces de aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera para empezar a generar experiencia profesional en los temas de sanidad, inocuidad y calidad agroalimentaria, reduciendo los riesgos inherentes en materia agrícola, esto en beneficio de los productores, consumidores y usuarios. En el mismo sentido, a lo largo de los seis meses de la prestación, desarrollé conocimiento en el ámbito de la sanidad vegetal, pude reforzar y adquirir nuevas habilidades y amplitud de mi saber, algunas de las actividades más relevantes que reforzaron lo mencionado fueron: aprender el fundamento legal que hay detrás de cualquier modificación, publicación de nuevos y baja de requisitos fitosanitarios que permitan la importación a México de productos de origen vegetal; posteriormente, entendí el procedimiento que se lleva a cabo en la Dirección General de Sanidad Vegetal (DGSV) y en el Departamento de Organismos Internacionales de Protección Fitosanitaria (DOIPF), encargado de términos generales de dar seguimiento a todas las solicitudes de importación de mercancía vegetal, así mismo pude trabajar en los oficios propuesta en respuesta a solicitudes a usuarios, Organizaciones Nacionales de Protección Fitosanitaria y respuesta a comentarios de publicaciones de requisitos fitosanitarios en el portal de la Organización Mundial de Comercio.
