Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en Paciente con Hipertensión Intracraneal.

Abstract

Intracranial hypertension is defined by the increase of pressure in the cranial cavity, the establishment of this syndrome is due to the increase of volumes and, in turn, the pressures of intracranial contents, either by increasing the physiological components, which are blood, cerebrospinal fluid and brain parenchyma, or by the appearance of an aggregate volume in the form of mass, if not treated in time can lead to major consequences at the neurological level or even death. In the present work, an exhaustive search was carried out to learn more about intracranial hypertension and to carry out a nursing care process in which materials such as: a natural history of the disease, assessment of the patients condition, and the treatment of the disease were used. natural history of the disease, assessment of functional patterns and place sheets (NANDA, NIC and NOC) for data collection and exercise relevant care to guide the health and improvement of our patient, as well as by a clinical neurologist, expert in neurological intensive care. Since it will allow him to carry out a more appropriate follow-up and to take the necessary measures regarding his pathology. The realization of didactic materials in the different platforms or health units will allow us to take a prevention to the human being about the risks and consequences that they run if they do not take a good medical follow-up.

La hipertensión intracraneal se define por el aumento de la presión en la cavidad craneal, la instauración de este síndrome se debe al aumento de los volúmenes y, a su vez, de las presiones de los contenidos intracraneales, bien por aumento de los componentes fisiológicos, que son la sangre, el líquido cefalorraquídeo y el parénquima cerebral, bien por la aparición de un volumen agregado en forma de masa, de no tratarse a tiempo puede llegar a ocasionar grandes consecuencias a nivel neurológico o incluso la muerte. En el presente trabajo, se realizó una búsqueda exhaustiva para conocer más acerca de la hipertensión intracraneal y llevar a cabo un proceso de atención de enfermería en el que se utilizaron materiales como: Una historia natural de la enfermedad, valoración de patrones funcionales y hojas places (NANDA, NIC Y NOC) para la recolección de datos y ejercer los cuidados pertinentes que orienten a la salud y mejoría de nuestro paciente, así como por un neurólogo clínico, experto en cuidado intensivo neurológico. Ya que le permitirá llevar un seguimiento más acorde y tomar las medidas necesarias pertinentes respecto a su patología. La realización de materiales didácticos en las diferentes plataformas o unidades de salud nos permitirá lleva una prevención al ser humano sobre los riesgos y consecuencias que corren si no llevan una buen seguimiento médico.
