Actividades relacionadas con la verificación e inspección de mercancías agroalimentarias de importación y exportación en las oficinas de inspeccion de sanidad agropecuaria

Abstract

In Mexico, the national agri-food health, safety and quality service SENASICA was established, in which this work was carried out within the Directorate of Ports, Airports and Borders DIPAF, it is the first line of action to regulate the merchandise that enters the country, to avoid the spread of pests and diseases in national territory. It was carried out in two areas within the central offices in Mexico City in the first months and was later integrated into the merchandise inspection, verification and regulation activities carried out at the CUSTOMS OISA at the Mexico City airport. The objective of the work was To provide support in carrying out technical activities aimed at minimizing the risk of introducing pests and exotic diseases or under campaign that are intended to be imported or exported, coordinating management and operation activities. Administrative activities were carried out such as databases, digitization of files and attention to emails with relevance in activities carried out by operational personnel of the 61 OISAS of Mexico and the Import Certificates (CI) issued by each one of them, in addition to others. activities. On the other hand, support was provided in operational activities such as physical inspection, documentary review, referral, among others, and among the activities with the highest frequency were physical inspections. Therefore, by meeting the objective and goals achieved, I was able to strengthen the knowledge and experience in the activities of the workplace. It is concluded that the activities carried out in this work, such as the F8 and F9 concentrates related to import certificates and activities of the OISAS, and the inspections carried out in the OISA ADUANA cargo, are more important than other activities because they helped to protect Mexicos agri-food heritage. For the benefit of farmers and ranchers who have the possibility of having greater productivity and being competitive, which allows them to be able to export them to other countries.

En México se estableció el servicio nacional de sanidad inocuidad y calidad agroalimentaria SENASICA en el que se realizó el presente trabajo dentro la Dirección de Puertos Aeropuertos y Fronteras DIPAF, es la primera línea de acción para regular las mercancías que ingresan al país, para evitar la dispersión de plagas y enfermedades en territorio nacional. Se realizó en dos áreas dentro de las oficinas centrales en la ciudad de México en los primeros meses y después se integró en las actividades de inspección, verificación y regulación de mercancías realizadas en la OISA de ADUANA en el aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México. El objetivo del trabajo fue “Brindar apoyo en la realización de actividades técnicas tendientes a minimizar el riesgo de introducción de plagas y enfermedades exóticas o bajo campaña que se pretenden importar o exportar, coordinando actividades de gestión y operación”. Se realizaron actividades administrativas como concentrados de bases de datos, digitalización de archivos y atención a correos con relevancia en actividades realizadas por personal operativo de las 61 OISAS de México y los Certificados de importación (CI) emitidos por cada una de ellas, además de otras actividades. Por otra parte, se realizó apoyo en las actividades operativas como la inspección física, revisión documental, remisión, entre otras y dentro de las actividades con mayor frecuencia fueron las inspecciones físicas. Por lo que, al cumplir con el objetivo y metas alcanzadas, pude fortalecer los conocimientos y experiencia en las actividades del ámbito laboral. Se concluye que las actividades realizadas en este trabajo como los concentrados F8 y F9 relacionados a los certificados de importación y actividades de las OISAS, y las inspecciones realizadas en la OISA ADUANA de carga, tienen mayor importancia frente a otras actividades por que ayudaron a proteger el patrimonio agroalimentario de México. En beneficio de los agricultores y ganaderos que tienen la posibilidad de tener mayor productividad y ser competitivos, que les permita poder exportarlos a otros países.
