| Abstract: | This paper shows a description of the new roll of Design in our country and the function it has carried out–mainly in the economic context. Later, we provide an insight into the roll it should have in Design teaching. En este trabajo se presenta una descripción del nuevo rol del diseño en nuestro país, a partir de la función que ha desempeñado, principalmente en el contexto económico; después, hacemos una reflexión en torno al papel que debe desempeñar la enseñanza del diseño ante esta nueva perspectiva. |
