| Abstract: | The covid 19 pandemic has been a critical episode in the secular transformation of the world order built three decades ago. The pandemic has produced a global emergency condition that has required the energetic intervention of the States in the world, accelerating strategic decisions that affect the role of the State in the world and national economy. This role of the States reinforces the demand for a new world order. La pandemia de covid-19 es un episodio crítico en la transformación secular del orden mundial construido hace tres décadas; produjo una condición de emergencia mundial que ha requerido la intervención enérgica de los Estados en el mundo, acelerando decisiones estratégicas que afectan el papel del Estado en la economía mundial y nacional. Este protagonismo de los Estados refuerza la demanda de un nuevo orden mundial. |
