La transformación del proyecto constitucional mexicano en el neoliberalismo

Abstract

En este artículo se analizan los valores que le dieron peso histórico a la Constitución Política mexicana de 1917, y se revisan las reformas realizados durante el neoliberalismo. A partir de las reformas que han sufrido los artículos 2, 3, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 y 130, entre otros, se puede mirar también la transformación del proyecto social que produjo la Asamblea Constituyente de 1916 y 1917. El cambio en las relaciones entre iglesia y Estado y las reformas indígena, educativa y económica configuran un proyecto de país distinto, con una relación interclasista diferente a la que produjo la Revolución Mexicana.

This article analyses the values that gave historic weight to the Mexican 1917 Politic Constitution, reviewing the reforms that have been done through out the neoliberalism. Watching the reforms that articles 2, 3, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 130, among other had suffered, we can also look at the transformation of the social project produced by the Asamblea Constituyente in 1916 and 1917. The change in the relation between the church and the State, the indigene, educational and economic reforms, create a whole different country project, featuring an inter class way to relation with each other, different to that one product of the Revolución Mexicana.
