| Abstract: | The economic policies have been carried out in Europe and Latin American inspirited by Consensus of Maastricht and Consensus of Washington have an ideologist base very similar. But these policies have generated different results depending of the context where these are applied. Las políticas económicas que se han puesto en marcha en Europa y en América Latina atendiendo a los Consensos de Maastricht y de Washington esconden un sustrato ideológico similar; sin embargo, por las diferencias en el contexto general, han dado lugar a resultados distintos. |
