Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar, a partir de iniciativas de reformas constitucionales y legales, el cambio de la visión federalista a una centralista de la clase política sobre la organización de las elecciones. Se pone el acento en la reflexión sobre la reforma electoral de 2014 y en las iniciativas de la Cuarta Transformación (4T).

This article aims to analyze, through constitutional and legal reform initiatives, the change from the federalist vision to a centralist one of the political class on the organization of elections. The accent is placed on the reflection on the electoral reform of 2014 and on the initiatives of the Fourth Transformation (4T).
