Abstract

En base a los requisitos y reglamentos estipulados por la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana para la liberación de servicio social en la licenciatura en Enfermería; se realizó el presente trabajo titulado “Informe de Actividades de Servicio Social Realizado en el Instituto Nacional de Rehabilitación” en donde se describen cada una de las actividades asistenciales, administrativas y de gestión desempeñadas durante los 12 meses por los servicios de Cirugía de Columna y Cirugía de Mano/Microcirugía, Consulta externa de Oftalmología, Otorrinolaringología / Cardiología, Clínica de Accesos Vasculares/Terapia de Infusión, Banco de Sangre, en el periodo comprendido del 01 de agosto del 2023 al 31 de Julio del 2024 en el turno matutino. DESARROLLO: Como objetivos llevados a cabo destacan; la aplicación de métodos, técnicas y procedimientos fundamentados en modelos y teorías de enfermería, que favorecieran la adaptación funcional del individuo al proceso salud enfermedad, la identificación de las habilidades y competencias teórico-practicas adquiridas durante la formación académica con el fin de reforzarlas y la adquisición de nuevas e informar sobre los conocimientos teóricos y prácticos aplicados en cada uno de los servicios de rotación durante los 12 meses de servicio social para el desempeño de una práctica de enfermería oportuna y de calidad. CONCLUSIONES: Como resultado los objetivos planteados se consideran cumplidos de acuerdo con las intervenciones desempeñadas durante los 12 meses de servicio social y descritas en dicho informe, por lo cual, se puede inferir que se implementaron, así como fortalecieron los conocimientos, actitudes, habilidades y competencias adquiridas en la formación académica y que fueron plasmados en los distintos servicios por los que se rotó al momento de brindar el cuidado enfermero.
