Reinvenciones marxistas latinoamericanas: de lo barroco a lo nacional-popular

Abstract

We offer an interpretation of the current condition of Latin American Marxism in its productive dimension, that which summons three central elements of all critical theorization of Latin American society, but whose impulse can be taken up again in other geo-cultures. First, an approach to the “baroque/abbreviated” dimension or understanding of capitalist sociality in the continent; second, the “plebeian” conception of politics, detachment from the configuration of the social form of capital in the particular conditions described in the first phase; and finally, the national-popular dimension as a temporary crystallization of the energies of Latin American society in the conquest of rights and liberties. It is based on regional authors such as René Zavaleta, Bolívar Echeverría, Álvaro García Linera, Carlos Oliva, among others. 

 Se ofrece una interpretación de la condición actual del marxismo latinoamericano en su dimensión productiva, aquella que convoca tres elementos centrales de toda teorización crítica de la sociedad latinoamericana, cuyo impulso puede ser retomado en otras geoculturas. Primero, un acercamiento a la dimensión “barroca/abigarrada” o de comprensión de la socialidad capitalista en el continente; segundo, la concepción “plebeya” de la política, desprendimiento de la configuración de la forma social del capital en las condiciones particulares descritas en la primera fase; finalmente, la dimensión nacional-popular como cristalización temporal de las energías de la sociedad latinoamericana en la conquista de derechos y libertades. Se recurre a autores de la región como René Zavaleta, Bolívar Echeverría, Álvaro García Linera, Carlos Oliva, entre otros.
