Abstract

The understanding of what happens today in the world gives a goal to every individual, to society and what interests directly in the International Relations discipline. In this text this last level is specifically discussed, because it proves that there is still an agitated debate about nature, conceptualization and a theorization about present reality in these beginnings of the 21st century. This reality is globalization.

La comprensión de lo que ocurre hoy en el mundo plantea un reto al individuo particular, a la sociedad y, lo que nos incumbe directamente, a la disciplina de Relaciones Internacionales. En este texto se discute específicamente este último nivel, puesto que se constata que aún persiste un agitado debate respecto a la naturaleza, conceptualización y teorización sobre la realidad presente en estos albores del siglo XXI. Esa realidad es la globalización.
