Subalternidad migratoria: Aproximación decolonial a la violencia epistémica en la migración forzada/indocumentada

Abstract

El presente artículo plantea una revisión epistemológica sobre la construcción mediática, política y social de la migración indocumentada contemporánea. Para ello, se deconstruye la descripción coyuntural del fenómeno contemporáneo apuntando al análisis históricoestructural del problema. Se construye y propone la noción de subalternidad migratoria, que permite comprender el marco más amplio de las relaciones hegemónicas poscoloniales y el sistema moderno-colonial global, encarnado en esta problematización alrededor de las (in) movilidades humanas.

This article presents an epistemological review of mediatic, political and social construction of contemporary undocumented migration. For this, the short-term description of the contemporary phenomenon is deconstructed, pointing to the historical-structural analysis of the problem. The notion of “migratory subalternity” is proposed, allowing to understand the broader framework of post-colonial hegemonic relations and the modern-colonial global system, embodied in this problematization around human (in) mobility.
