La comunagogía: Una manera de dinamizar procesos educativos alternativos

Abstract

Este artículo expone algunas maneras de hacer educación y de ser maestro en diversos proyectos educativos tanto en el estado de Oaxaca (México) como en el departamento del Cauca y la ciudad de Bogotá (Colombia) en los que se presenta una reconfiguración de las relaciones con el saber, con el territorio y con los otros desde una apuesta comunal. Tales procesos educativos expresan alternativas a la educación instalada en las instituciones educativas actuales caracterizadas por el individualismo, la meritocracia, la fragmentación de la práctica pedagógica, el aislamiento escolar del territorio, entre otras, dando paso a emergencias educativas comunalitarias caracterizadas por la soberanía epistémica, la construcción del territorio, las decisiones y los saberes compartidos, la dinamización de vínculos comunitarios y el fortalecimiento de la identidad comunitaria, lo que permite nombrarse como comunagogía, misma que en esencia quiere decir que se enseña y se aprende con la comunidad, de la comunidad y para la comunidad, dinamizándose una serie de relaciones sociales alternativas, donde se instituyen sujetos políticos y proyectos colectivos.

This article shows some ways to make education and to be a teacher in different educational projects in the state of oaxaca (México) as well as in the Cauca departament and the city of Bogota (colombia). In which a reconfiguration of the relation with knowledge, territory and others  is  presented  from  a  community  perspective.  These  educational  processes  offer  alter-natives to the oficial education in the current education institutions which are characterized by  their  individualism,  meritocracy,  the  pedagogical  practice  breakup,  the  school  isolation  from  the  territory,  among  others  that  bring  community  educational  emergencies  characterized  by  the  epistemic  sovereignty,  the  construction  of  the  territory,  the  decisions  and  the  shared knowledge, the stimulation of community connections and the strenghtening of the community  identity  and  so,  can  be  named  comunagogia.  La  comunagogia  means  that  the  teaching and learning is done by the community, belongs to the community and is for the community  stimulating  a  series  of  alternative  social  relations,  where  political  subjects  and  colective projects are given.
