Informe Final de Actividades del Servicio Social

Abstract

My report summarizes my experience during social service in an environment different from a Rural Unit, since I did it in a Rural Hospital of the then called Oportunidades program, where care is given not only to beneficiaries of the Mexican Social Security Institute. , but also to the population enrolled in the Oportunidades program, both in the municipal capital and in three satellite communities, I begin by describing a little the State of Oaxaca, there regions, the Mixteca region where the service was did it, then Juxtlahuaca which was the municipality where I was assigned to practice, I mentioning some of the peculiarities of the place, later I describe the consultation services of this place, the places where the coverage was extended, the people who comprised the attention groups and the universal coverage of vaccination, later I describe the hospitalization area, the average number and type of actions that were carried out in it, the complementary clinical activities in the emergency room, the rotation within the intra-hospital services, the community visits; Subsequently, I carry out an analysis of the same report, what it meant to me, what I learned, the areas of opportunity, I include a section of the main problems detected performing social service in a place of these characteristics and finally a conclusion of my stay during this year.

Mi informe resume mi experiencia durante el servicio social en un ambiente diferente a una Unidad Rural, ya que lo realice en un Hospital Rural del aquel entonces llamado programa Oportunidades, en donde se da atención no solo a derecho-habientes del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, si no también a la población inscrita al programa Oportunidades, tanto en la cabecera municipal como en tres comunidades satélite, inicio describiendo un poco el Estado de Oaxaca, sus regiones, la región Mixteca que fue en donde realice el servicio, después Juxtlahuaca que fue el municipio en donde se me asigno la sede, mencionando algunas de las peculiaridades del lugar, posteriormente describo los servicios de consulta de este lugar, los lugares en donde se extendía la cobertura, las personas que comprendían los grupos de atención y la cobertura universal de vacunación, posteriormente describo el área de hospitalización, el numero promedio y tipo de acciones que se realizaron en la misma, las actividades clínicas complementarias en urgencias, la rotación dentro de los servicios intrahospitalarios, las visitas comunitarias; Posteriormente realizo un análisis del mismo informe, lo que significo para mi, lo aprendido, las áreas de oportunidad, incluyo un apartado de las principales problemáticas detectadas realizando el servicio social en una sede de estas características y finalmente una conclusión de mi estancia durante este año.
