| es_MX |
dc.description.abstract | The management of excreta from stabled pigs is important for the elimination of biological contaminants that put the environment, health and quality of plants at risk. This research sought to evaluate the health response, quality of plants and fruits of native blue corn grown with biofertilizers based on pig feces (Tsüdi Xirgo). Six treatments were established with biol, a product of the biofermentation of pig excreta plus sterile water, the fertilization doses T0:0-T1:25-T2:50-T3:75-T4:100% of Biol and T5: Chemical formula 120-60-00, were evaluated with a randomized experimental design. Nutritional quality was determined by treatment, with Imacimus® Multi ION 10 measuring equipment. The variables of plant height, stem thickness, number of leaves, and fruit development in corn were from the spraying of doses on seeds and foliage (30 days), the measurements were at intervals of eight days, until fruiting. The data were treated with ANOVA (P≤0.0001). The means were evaluated with the Tukey-Kramer test (α=0.05). T3 and T4 presented better nutritional quality. During vegetative development, until fruiting, with respect to the controls, significant differences (P≤0.0001) were observed between treatments. The pathological risk did not affect the quality of the plant and fruiting. | en |
