La Narratopedia

Abstract

This article examines a proposition that develops a platform of collaborative writing on line. The concept of a Narratopedia links the activity of storytelling with that of an encyclopaedia, as a compendium of diverse forms of knowledge, including those of artistic, and literary creation. Through its name itself, this virtual platform refers to the wikis and the experience of collaborative writing. The idea of a virtual workshop for collective creation is one of the big promises of the theory of hypertext.

En este artículo se examina la apertura de un espacio de escritura colaborativa en línea. El concepto de una Narratopedia vincula la actividad de narrar con aquella de una enciclopedia, compendio de diversas formas del saber, incluyendo aquellas de la creación artística, literaria. Así, desde su nombre mismo, esta plataforma virtual remite a los wikis y a la escritura en colaboración. La idea de un taller virtual para la creación colectiva es una de las grandes promesas de la teoría del hipertexto.
