La experiencia estética como recreación de lo político

Abstract

En este texto se aborda la problemática compleja de la experiencia estética y se propone alumbrar con ella la reflexión en torno a lo político. La reflexión sobre la estética deriva de una meditación sobre la suspensión de la determinación normativa inherente a la creación de formas. De acuerdo con el autor, arte y experiencia estética no transitan por las mismas vías aunque sus trayectos se entrecrucen de manera ineludible. La modernidad ha ahondado la distancia entre ellas, al trastocar las condiciones culturales del ejercicio artístico y someter sus destinos a la incorporación del arte a patrones de institucionalización, doblegados por las vicisitudes del régimen del mercado. El objetivo central del trabajo es la articulación de la experiencia estética con la política, la cual se encuentra en las condiciones mismas del acto de creación. Según el autor, el súbito eclipse de la obligatoriedad normativa ilumina la intervención del proceso estético en la génesis del horizonte regulador de lo político.

Aesthetic experience as the re-creation of politics. In this text the complex problematic of aesthetic experience is tackled, and the proposal is to illuminate, with that experience, the reflection around politics. The analysis on aesthetics derives from a meditation about the suspension of normative determination inherent to the creation of forms. According to the author, art and aesthetic experience do not transit the same pathways, although its trajectories interplay unavoidably. Modernity has deepened the distance between them, mixing up the cultural conditions of artistic exercise and subjecting its fate to the incorporation of art to institutionalized patterns, also subdued to the market rules’ vicissitudes. The central objective of this work is the articulation of aesthetic experience with politics, articulation that is in the very act of creation. According to the author, the suden eclipse of normative compulsory dispositions enlightens the intervention of aesthetic process in the genesis of the regulatory horizon of politics.
