Decir, autorrepresentación, sujetos

Abstract

Este artículo se divide en tres partes. La primera: el decir –no el farfullar– divide las aguas que contraponen la política a la policy, a la administración y a la demoscopía, o, más claramente, al instituto del sondeo de opinión. La segunda: el decir, en la esfera pública, requiere haberse constituido como sujeto de la intervención política, concebirse a sí mismo. Es la autorrepresentación por excelencia, base de la representación que será política. La tercera: los sujetos de la intervención política parecen construirse en una relación tendida a lo futuro, a lo que aún no es pero pugna por ser, y sobre la base de una regla de concernimiento entre lo singular y lo universal, entre el Estado y los actores particulares. El horizonte se torna sombrío cuando, como ahora, estos elementos parecen ausentarse.

To say, self representation, subjects. Three notes for a debate on politics and communication. This article is divided in three parts. The first one: to say –not to babble– divides the slopes that oppose politics waters and policy, administration and demoscopy, or, more clearly, the institute of opinion polls. The second one: to say in the public sphere one needs to have been constituted as a subject for political intervention, to be self conceived. It is the self representation par excellence, the basis of the representation that will be political. The third one: the subjects of political intervention seem to be constructed in a relation which is extended into the future, to what is not yet but struggles to become, and on the basis of a rule of concerning between singularity and universality, between the state and the individual actors. The horizon becomes dark when, like now, these elements seem to disappear.
