El texto híbrido

Abstract

My linguistic analysis of soap opera is based on the fact that this kind of text is what I call a hybrid text. A hybrid text is a text with an origin (oral or written) at its production stage and finally uttered (realized) as it’s opposite (oral if it is written, and viceversa). The transition from the oral stage to the written one and the other way round, and the traces of its origin are the main objective of this paper. The theoretical and methodological kamework has been provided by Discourse Analysis and Critica1 Discourse Analysis. The coipus includes several Latin American soap operas: Perla Negra (Black Pearl), Con Aroma de mujer (With the scent of a woman), Apasionada (Passionate), Corazon Salvaje (WildHeart), among others. In this paper, the Argentinian soap opera Perla Negra is used as an example.

Mi análisis lingüístico de la telenovela se basa esencialmente en el hecho de que este tipo de texto es lo que denomino "un texto hibrido". Un texto hibrido es aquel que tiene un origen (ora1 o escrito) en su fase de producción y que se emite (realiza) como su opuesto (oral si era escrito, escrito si era oral). Este pasaje de lo oral a lo escrito (o viceversa) y las marcas que de su origen puedan rastrearse, es el interés primordial de este trabajo. La investigación se encuadra teórica y metodológicamente dentro del Análisis del Discurso y del Análisis Critico del Discurso. El Corpus abarca el análisis de varias telenovelas latinoamericanas: Perla Negra, Café con aroma de mujer, Apasionada, Corazón Salvaje, entre otras. Se utiliza en este artículo a modo de ejemplificación la telenovela argentina Perla Negra.
