Positivismo y dominación

Abstract

Para reflexionar sobre la desigualdad social en el mundo neoliberal y globalizador que se concreta en un proceso de dominación creciente y agravado, abordamos la filosofía positiva de Augusto Comte porque se trata de una ideología que fortaleció desde sus inicios el sistema de dominación que hoy nos rige, sobre la base de que las leyes establecidas por un grupo de sabios constituían la forma adecuada de controlar a los opositores al desarrollo, ocupados de inhibir la conservación de las instituciones y tradiciones existentes. Esta corriente de pensamiento hoy fundamenta constituciones políticas y programas de gobierno en diversas instituciones.

In order to ponder over the social inequalities produced by a globalizing neoliberal world that takes the form of an increasing and aggravated domination, we consider the philosophy of Auguste Comte because it’s an ideology that from its inception was meant to strengthen the prevailing system of domination. It developed the idea that the laws formulated by a group of sages would establish an adequate means for controlling those opponents to progress that dedicated themselves to inhibiting the preservation of existing institutions and traditions. This school of thought is today actively laying the foundations for political constitutions and public policies in a wide variety of institutions.
