Violencia y precariedad en el emprendedor de la sociedad postsalarial

Abstract

there are violence that you cannot see. Which by their daily presence and invisibility of the aggressor are hidden from the eyes of all. Those are violence of normality. The objective of the article is to make visible two of these that constitute and reproduce one of the most desirable and growing forms of work today: entrepreneurship. To do this, we use the Zizek’s approach and the data from the National Survey of icronegocios in Mexico. It is concluded that most of those who start a business do not do it out of conviction, because it is the labor precariousness as structural violence that throws them to reproduce this form as an alternative to subsist, but is not recognized as such by the prevailing symbolic violence. Whoever produces this form assumes that it represents autonomy, creativity and no subordination to anyone.

existen violencias que no se ven, que por su cotidianidad e invisibilidad quedan ocultas a la mirada de todos. Esas son violencias de la normalidad. El objetivo del artículo es develar dos de éstas que constituyen y reproducen una de las formas de trabajo más deseables y crecientes en la actualidad: el emprendimiento. Para ello se recurre a la propuesta de Slavoj Žižek y a los datos de la Encuesta nacional de micronegocios en México. Se concluye que la mayoría de quienes emprenden un negocio propio no lo hacen por convicción, pues es la precariedad laboral, como violencia estructural, la que los arroja a reproducir esta forma como alternativa para subsistir, pero no se reconoce como tal por la violencia simbólica imperante. Quien produce esta forma asume que la misma representa autonomía, creatividad y no subordinación a nadie.
