En términos de Walter Benjamin, podemos afirmar que “el infierno no es nada que aun nos aceche, sino que es esta vida aquí” this article addresses the debates of the Sociology and Philosophy from the perspective of the old Institut für Sozialforschung –Frankfurt School or Critical Theory of Society. The central thesis of its founders are assumed and thus proceeds to confront the postmodern skeptical fads and deceives and pseudoteoric fallacies of the neoliberal discourse. It draws on the latest research that exhibit human havoc generated by the neoliberal capitalist model. It shows that today, capitalism promotes the installation of a new totalitarianism and a new barbarism, destroying the proper state life, the rule of law, politics and democracy, threatening the survival of mankind and the same animal and plant life. In terms of Walter Benjamin we can say that “Hell is nothing that lurks us, instead it is this life here”. |
