La experiencia como germen de la creación

Abstract

Life goes by into the incessant flow of time, as many incidents and feelings arose; the most meaningful are condensed into experiences. When the experience broadens into society, by the means of individual interchanges in a social and historical time, the experience space is built. The artists obtain their experiences in this space and in them resides the germ of their creation; the artistic creation process is an aesthetics experience, the same way its reception is. In this paper, we show that the creative seed of Anton Kannemeyer germinated because of his indignation regard to the oppression of Africans in the apartheid; he was conscious about the injustice and he became an activist by capturing his revolutionary ideas in his cartoons, comics and artistic works.

En el incesante flujo del tiempo transcurre la vida, en el que se producen múltiples vivencias; las más significativas se condensan en experiencias. Cuando la experiencia se extiende a la sociedad, mediante el intercambio entre los individuos en un tiempo social e histórico se constituye el espacio de experiencia. Los artistas adquieren sus experiencias en este espacio y en ellas se encuentra el germen de su creación; el proceso de creación artística es una experiencia estética, de igual manera que su recepción. En este artículo, mostramos que la semilla creativa de Anton Kannemeyer germinó por su indignación ante la opresión que sufrían los nativos en el apartheid; esto lo llevó a tomar conciencia de las injusticias y se constituyó en un sujeto activo al plasmar en sus caricaturas, historietas y obras artísticas sus ideas revolucionarias.
