El sujeto agredido

Abstract

The path that I have followed this work aims to go articulating my thoughts about the place of violence in mental disease, violence which is present from the origin and is a constituent of the same. It is a nodal and extremely complex in clinical practice issue and therefore I put some considerations of historical, social and interdisciplinary work in mental health and about the phenomena of transference in psychoanalysis, in which phantasmatically “subjectivity between-two” at the disposal of the understanding of the unconscious mechanisms that lead to pathological repetition and, centrally, is staged in the service of healing.

El recorrido pretende articular mis reflexiones acerca del lugar de la violencia en la enfermedad psíquica, violencia presente desde el origen y constituyente de la misma. Es un tema nodal y sumamente complejo en la práctica clínica; por ello planteo algunas consideraciones históricas, sociales y del trabajo interdisciplinario en salud mental y sobre los fenómenos transferenciales en psicoanálisis, en los que se escenifica fantasmáticamente la “subjetividad entre-dos” puesta al servicio de la comprensión de los mecanismos inconscientes que conducen a la repetición patológica y, centralmente, al servicio de la cura.
