Formación y trabajo grupal

Abstract

Different reasoning, less and less explicit, come together in the tendency to make the students who study the group process, pass themselves through group experiences. It makes us ask ourselves: Are these experiences in group, substantial part of the formation for the work with groups? How they affect the formation? Which have been the most significant modalities on the matter and what difficulties do they present?

Distintos razonamientos cada vez menos explícitos y menos diferenciados confluyen en la tendencia a hacer a los alumnos que estudian el proceso grupal, pasar ellos mismos por experiencias grupales. Cabe pues preguntarnos: ¿Son estas experiencias en grupo parte sustancial de la formación para el trabajo con grupos? ¿De qué manera inciden en la formación? ¿Cuáles han sido las modalidades más significativas al respecto y qué dificultades presentan?
