Psicoanálisis y silencio

Abstract

Western culture was born from an effort to take silence away from matter. However, a process of return to muteness has been observed. As of the 19th century, four moments have been observed that account for that return to what has been called "the second silence". the structures of power that make it possible, and the effects produced by said return on the psychoanalytical discourse.

La cultura occidental ha nacido en un esfuerzo por arrebatar del silencio a la materia, sin embargo se observa un proceso de retorno a la mudez. Se establecen 4 momentos, a partir del siglo XIX, que dan cuenta de esa vuelta a lo que se denomina "el segundo silencio", las estrategias de poder que lo hacen posible y los efectos que este retorno provoca en el psicoanálisis en tanto discurso.
