Subjetivación en el entramado del saber y el poder

Abstract

This paper approaches the subject of subjectivation as Michel Foucault raises it from the link with two other central themes of his work: knowledge and power. Those elements that are considered relevant to the knowledge are exposed to glimpse the way in which the knowledge will be linked with the notion of subjectivation. Likewise, some important ideas about power are raised, to later derive its relationship with subjectivation. Once the two previous axes are exposed, the third is approached: subjectivation, a process that for Foucault is the key to understanding the way in which subjects are constituted. Lastly, some final approximations are noted to what might initially be an approximation to the articulation of subjectivation, with subjectivity and the subject.

El presente artículo se aproxima al tema de la subjetivación como lo plantea Michel Foucault a partir de la vinculación con otros dos ejes temáticos de su obra: el saber y el poder. Se exponen aquellos elementos que se consideran relevantes sobre el saber para vislumbrar la manera en se vinculará con la noción de subjetivación. Asimismo, se plantean algunas ideas importantes sobre el poder para derivar después su relación con la subjetivación. Una vez expuestos ambos ejes se aborda la subjetivación, proceso que, para Foucault, es la clave para comprender la forma en que se constituyen los sujetos. Por último, se anotan algunas aproximaciones finales a lo que pudiera ser, en principio, una aproximación a la articulación de la subjetivación con la subjetividad y el sujeto.
