La verdad es una fantasía fascinante

Abstract

Comment about The Hunt, by Thomas Vinterberg, in which I articulate denial of children sexuality, fantasy and desire, and how those can result in a false abuse acusation, seen as an uncuestionable truth. I also comment on Festen and Submarino, by Vinterberg as well, trying to link the three stories. I question universal statements, which I consider to be answers to uncertainty and looking at facts as true or false without listening to the participant’s words.

A partir de la película La caza de Thomas Vinterberg, se propone articular la negación de la sexualidad infantil, la fantasía y el deseo, y cómo éstos pueden llevar a una falsa acusación de abuso vista como una verdad incuestionable. Además, se incluyen comentarios sobre La celebración y Submarino, películas también de Vinterberg; con ello se intenta hilar las tres historias. Se cuestionan las afirmaciones universales, como respuesta a la incertidumbre y la visión acerca de los hechos como verdades o mentiras, sin considerar la palabra de los participantes.
