| dc.description.abstract | Se expone una experiencia que tiene lugar en el departamento Grand´Anse en Haití. La misma se desarrollada en el mes de abril del 2020, a partir de una necesidad manifiesta, y un escenario de emergencia de salud mundial: COVID-19. Se identifican cuatro líneas estratégicas: fortalecimiento institucional, capacitación, comunicación y participación a partir de las buenas prácticas que desde la Organización No Gubernamental SIKSE (Sociedad de Comunicación para la Información, la Educación Social y Económica) se realizaron. Algunos de sus resultados marcan una mejora en la articulación y coordinación de las estructuras locales, así como alianzas de trabajo, adecuada comprensión del fenómeno por parte de los tomadores de decisiones y la población, entre otros. | es_MX |
