La mirada del maestro ante el programa Jugar y Vivir los Valores

Abstract

Este artículo presenta nociones básicas para comprender y evaluar la autoridad del maestro en el programa Jugar y Vivir los Valores, programa institucional de la UAM, desarrollado en el marco del Programa Interdisciplinario “Desarrollo Humano en Chiapas”. Este artículo también podría llamarse “Infancia y autoridad”, ya que, en primer lugar, muestra una filosofía educativa sobre cómo se concibe, tanto a la autoridad del maestro como a la autoridad de los niños en este programa; en segundo lugar, presenta, someramente, algunos de los mecanismos pedagógicos para desarrollar autoridad moral en todos los actores que participan en la comunidad educativa: maestros, niños, directivos, padres de familia, personal administrativo; y en tercer lugar, se presentan, estadísticamente, las respuestas de los maestros y algunos de sus comentarios al responder a los por qué que la encuesta les formula.

This article presents basic and slight knowledge to understand and to evaluate the teacher’s authority within the program “Playing and living Values”, which is an institutional program of the UAM. This program is developed within the framework of the Interdisciplinary Program “Human Development in Chiapas” of the uam. This proposal could be called also “Childhood and authority” since it shows firstly, an educative philosophy about how are conceived the teacher’s and children’s authorities; secondly, it presents briefly some of the pedagogical mechanisms to develop moral authority in all the actors who participate in the educative community: teachers, children, managers, parents of family and administrative personnel; thirdly, the article presents the statistic of the answers around the survey applied to the teachers and some of their commentaries to it, as well?
