Tendencias en la formación de investigadores e la UAM

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como eje de reflexión la formación de investigadores en las universidades públicas. En la primera parte se desarrolla el contexto político que esta impactando los diferentes proyectos de formación de investigadores en este tipo de instituciones; y en la segunda, se describen las tres tendencias presentes en la formación de investigadores y en la práctica de investigación que se realiza en la UNAM: la académico-disciplinaria, la profesionalizante y la flexibilizante. Los resultados del estudio son generalizados, al aceptar que los procesos de formación y las prácticas de investigación que dan cuenta de estas tendencias, se pueden reconocer también en la mayoría de las universidades públicas.

The main line of reflection of this article is that of the training and preparation of researchers in public universities. In the first part the political context is looked at, as this has an impact on the various different projects for the preparation of researchers at these institutions of higher education. In the second part the three tendencies which can be seen to be present in the preparation of researchers and the practice of research at the UNAM are presented: the academic-disciplinary tendency, the professionalising and the flexiblising tendencies. The processes of preparation and the research practices which take these tendencies into consideration can also be recognised in the majority of public institutions.
