La vinculación entre la República Popular China y la República Argentina (1991-2001)

Abstract

The present article takes the links and joints of the different Argentinian actors with the Popular Republic China’s as a central target to proyect an analysis on the subject. We try, on the one hand, to understand the rol of the fractions of the historical bloc (rural bourgeoisie, industrial national bourgeoisie, etc.) relevant in the link with China; and for other the conditions of relating to the moment and structural nature of the raised period. The above mentioned work goes from 1991 until 2001 and highlights the national “environment” –with a process of financial valuation as model of accumulation– and the crystallization of the globalization of neoliberal side.

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis del proceso de vinculación y articulación de los diferentes actores argentinos con la República Popular China. Se busca entender, por un lado, el papel de las fracciones del bloque en el poder (burguesía rural, burguesía industrial nacional, etcétera) relevantes en la vinculación con China; y por el otro, las condiciones de índole coyuntural y estructural del periodo planteado. Dicho trabajo abarca desde 1991 hasta 2001 y da cuenta del “ambiente” nacional –con un proceso de valorización financiera como modelo de acumulación– y la cristalización de la globalización de tinte neoliberal.
