Abstract:	La Bauhaus fue parte de los movimientos culturales que se propusieron transformar a la sociedad a través del diseño. A noventa años de su fundación, este artículo hace una revisión de su trayectoria para demostrar cómo sus ideales le permitieron desarrollarse en medio de fuertes conflictos internos y externos. Finalmente, se argumenta que los nacionalsocialistas se apropiaron de sus contribuciones. Bauhaus was part of the cultural movements that proposed to use design for the transformation of society. After ninety years from its foundation, this paper makes a review of its development, and shows how ideals impelled its among heavy, conflicts inside and outside. Finally, it is lay down that the national socialists took its contributions.
