dc.description.abstractThe article approaches the potentiality of information management of urban services in the Federal District, Mexico and its 16 political districts. It shows the usefulness of a systematic information access within an integral process conformed by the programming, operation and registration of the urban services and sets up an alternative on the advantages of an information system tending to the standardization of such process.en-US
dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo aborda la potencialidad de la gestión de la información en el campo de los servicios urbanos del Gobierno del Distrito Federal y, particularmente, en el ámbito de las 16 administraciones locales delegacionales. Pretende mostrar las distintas utilidades que conlleva la sistematización del acceso a la información dentro de un proceso integralconformado por la programación, la operación y el registro de los diversos servicios urbanos. Se muestra además una alternativa sobre las funciones y ventajas específicas de un sistema de información tendiente a la normalización del proceso integral mencionado.es_MX
