| Abstract: | The world scale innovation arisen from the technological change, TC has been elucidated in the heart of the national system of innovation, and influenced, substantially, the modernization of the planetary productive structure, whose main characteristics economic concentration, and geographical unfolding have deeply affected tha industrial evolution of countries like Mexico, mainly in the small and medium sized enterprises. La innovación surgida del cambio tecnológico(CT), a escala mundial ha sido desplegada en el seno de las redes del sistema nacional de innovación, e influido de manera sustancial en la modernización de la estructura productiva planetaria, cuyas principales características, concentración económica y despliegue geográfico, han afectado profundamente la evolución industrial de países como México, sobre todo en las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PyME). |
