El hiato entre Estado y aparato

Abstract

Throughout this document the distinction between State and Apparatus is assumed as a theoretical problem, which demands to give evidence of its specificities within the Order that Capital builds, in terms of Domination, and the Potential to build Community despite being based on Exploitation. The analysis aims to account for the hiatus, both theoretical and social, that prevails between State and Apparatus; the causes to this situation, and the solutions and new contradictions that this gap generates. The relation between Dominant Classes and the Reigning Class is analyzed, as well as the operations of the former to avoid that the social hiatus may turn into a political hiatus when social forces, other than the dominant classes, aim to limit or put an end to Capital dynamic from within the State Apparatus.

En este trabajo se asume como un problema teórico la distinción entre Estado y aparato, lo que reclama dar cuenta de sus especificidades en el orden que construye el capital, en términos del dominio y de la potencialidad de construir comunidad, a pesar de sustentarse en la explotación. La reflexión busca dar cuenta del hiato, teórico y social, que prevalece entre Estado y aparato, las razones del mismo y las soluciones y nuevas contradicciones que aquella brecha genera. Se analiza la relación entre clases dominantes y clase reinante y las operaciones de aquéllas para impedir que el hiato social se convierta en hiato político, cuando fuerzas sociales ajenas a las clases dominantes buscan desde el aparato estatal limitar o poner fin a la dinámica del capital.
