Formas de violencia hacia el pueblo mapuche en Argentina

Abstract

The  following  article  develop  a  critical  analysis  about  different  modes  of  violence  toward  the  Mapuche  People  in  Argentina.  To  achieve  this  objective  we  analyses  the  connections  among the direct violence, structural and cultural, along the specific historic process of the Roberto  Maliqueo  community.  Analyses  these  connections  will  show  how  the  dichotomy  between civilization and barbarity structured the manner of interrelation with this People. Furthermore, we will use the notion of state of exception of Agamben, as an official norm, for think how historically this diverse types of violence are inter-connect justifying the exception to certain rights to the Mapuche People. Besides, this theoretical notion will allow us to investigate how it is starting to be linked with the idea of terrorism, mainly in the medias of Argentina, to this People.

En este artículo reflexionamos acerca de diversas formas de violencia sufridas por el pueblo mapuche en Argentina. Para esto abordaremos las vinculaciones entre la violencia directa, estructural  y  cultural  a  lo  largo  del  proceso  histórico  específico  de  la  comunidad  Roberto  Maliqueo para mostrar cómo la dicotomía entre civilización y barbarie ha estructurado la forma  de  relacionarse  con  este  pueblo.  Asimismo,  retomaremos  la  categoría  de  estado  de  excepción de Agamben, en tanto norma, para poder pensar cómo históricamente estas violencias se entrelazan justificando que los mapuche estén exceptuados de ciertos derechos, y para indagar cómo está comenzando a presentarse en los medios de comunicación masiva de Argentina la idea de terrorismo asociada a este pueblo.
