A cincuenta años del movimiento estudiantil de 1968. Reflexiones y estampas de una experiencia

Abstract

This work presents a sight about the meaning of the student movement of 1968, clarifying its course and reason to be, as well as to situate some outstanding aspects, a background account, facts and aftermath, that during the fifty years in which the authoritarian power of the economic and political elites was kept and imposed ?with its trail of corruption and privileges for a few, along with the impoverishment of the great majority?, propiatiated a significant contribution to the growing resistance of different sectors and groups organized throughout the country, as well as the emergence and / or legalization of new political parties

En este trabajo se presenta una visión sobre el significado del movimiento estudiantil de 1968, al esclarecer su rumbo y razón de ser, así como ubicar algunos aspectos sobresalientes, un recuento de antecedentes, hechos y repercusiones, que durante los 50 años transcurridos en los que se mantuvo e impuso el poder autoritario de las élites económicas y políticas –con su cauda de corrupción y de privilegios para unos cuantos, junto al empobrecimiento de las grandes mayorías–, propiciaron un aporte significativo a la creciente resistencia de distintos sectores y grupos organizados a lo largo y ancho del país, así como al surgimiento y/o legalización de nuevos partidos políticos.
