Caracterización de la diversidad morfológica de flores y semillas del frijol común (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) silvestre y domesticado, en la Costa Grande de Guerrero

Abstract

México es uno de los centros de origen y domesticación del frijol común (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), para la cual existe una amplia variabilidad genética, como lo evidencian las 6,884 accesiones mexicanas resguardadas en el Banco de Germoplasma de Frijol del Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Forestales, Agrícolas y Pecuarias (INIFAP). En el Estado de Guerrero, el frijol ocupa el sexto lugar en superficie sembrada, con un promedio anual de 15,421 ha, las cuales generan un total de 11,155 t de grano por año, aquí también existe una gran diversidad de variedades y tipos de frijol en cuanto a color, tamaño y hábito de crecimiento. El principal objetivo de este proyecto de Servicio Social fue brindar asesoría técnica (100% en línea), ayudará a lograr el buen desarrollo del cultivo de frijol bajo invernadero y todas las variantes que implica establecer un cultivo agrícola, tales como: selección de semillas y sustratos, germinación, establecimiento del cultivo, desarrollo vegetativo, generación de programa de riegos y fertilización, control de plagas y enfermedades, mantenimiento de plantas (podas, raleos, tutorado), y cosecha de granos. Se cumplieron con los objetivos previamente planteados y aceptados por el grupo interdisciplinario de investigadores involucrados en dicho proyecto, logrando identificar 14 variedades diferentes de frijol común que se consumen y siembran en diversas localidades de la costa grande de Guerrero destacando a Huapinol y Negro como los frijoles de mayor consumo y siembra en la entidad.

The objectives previously set and accepted by the interdisciplinary group of researchers involved in said project were met, managing to identify 14 different varieties of common beans that are consumed and planted in various locations on the large coast of Guerrero, highlighting Huapinol and Negro as the beans. of greater consumption and planting in the entity.
